Goal

Is it possible to create standard POs for an item which is used in active consigned POs?

Item A has been transacted as consigned item.  However, Item A needs to be transacted as Standard PO from now on.
Is it possible to create standard POs for Item A while keeping the previously entered POs as consigned POs?
