"Cannot Delete The OB_LINE_T Record" When Using Agent Action OB Mod - Rerelease (Doc ID 2477349.1)

Exception "Cannot delete the OB_LINE_T record" in agent action OB Mod - Rerelease observed when order base is modified via integration, having active out-of-the-box agent ORDER BASE - MODIFY (copy of the Public agent in custom domain).
The agent runs action OB Mod - Rerelease but it throws exception "Cannot delete the OB_LINE_T record. A SHIP_UNIT_LINE_T record references it in its [OB_LINE_GID] column."

Because of the error, order releases are not created.
