Symptoms

'More Products' and other buttons disappear after applying an Service HTML patch.
If a Service Request has more than one product, users are unable to see them.

What is Working:

The buttons are displayed when the Service Request Status is 'Open'.

Steps:

(R) Customer Support Specialist
(N) Agent Dashboard

 - Query SR with status flagged as 'Closed'

 => The buttons are not displayed.
