Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Internal Applicant record terminating from applicant creation date instead of applicant hire date

After onboarding with future date (10-Feb-2018) internal applicant (Employee.Applicant), the Person type changed to “Employee.Ex-Applicant” with applicant creation date, in Normal cases it should be “Employee.Applicant” until Applicant termination or future dated start date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
it should be “Employee.Applicant” until Applicant termination or future dated start date.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Creating applicant on employee as a internal applicant effective 15-Jan-2018 and employee hire effective from 10-Feb-2018
2. Hiring internal applicant through ‘Manager self service’ effective from 10-Feb-2018
3. Checking in core forms.
Employee should be Employee.Applicant status until 9-Feb-2018.
