ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When Saving an Entered Sales Order, the process takes as much as 30 minute.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Saving of an Entered Sales Order should take only one second.
AFFECTED INSTANCE
------------------------------------
This issue affects Production Instance.
RECENT CHANGE
--------------------------------
This issue affects the Live Production instance which was upgraded from 11i to 12.2.7.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Applications
2. Go to Order Management Super User Responsibility
3. Navigate to MENUPATH > Orders, Returns
4. Open Order Organizer form
5. Open an Entered order or create a new order
6. Add a Line
7. Add Quantity
8. Save
