New VAT Tax Codes not being Reflected in AR_VAT_TAX_ALL

Goal
Created a view where we get VAT - tax output for payment to tax Authority.
Findings are that some new VAT codes in ra_customer_trx_lines_all table are not in ar_vat_tax_all_b table and these are the two tables are joined in custom view.
How can we ensure the ar_vat_tax_all_b is populated with new VAT/tax codes?
