APP-JTF-210171 error when try to escalate a service request or task without providing a requester (Doc ID 2478854.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Form

When attempting to create an SR or Task escalation without a requester,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
APP-JTF-210171: The Escalation document must have one contact identified as a Requester. Please Check the Requester Check Box


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to create an escalation for an SR or Task
2. In the Escalations form > Contacts tab > do not enter a requester
3. When try to save, the reported error occurs
