Pricing UOM Not Defaulting From Lines To Sub Lines (Doc ID 2478885.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Contracts Billing/Termination

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Price UOM not defaulted to subline > pricing for product.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Price UOM should default to subline > pricing for product.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open service contracts responsibility > go to launchpad.
2. Open a service contract.
3. Add a service line and see that UOM is defaulted to it at line level.
4. Add product at subline level to that service line.
5. We see that UOM is not defaulted to subline pricing for the product.
