Purge Security Profiles is Wrongly Listing Security Profiles As Unused (Doc ID 2478987.1)

Symptoms

After running the concurrent program "Purge Security Profiles", the security profiles which are set for "FA: Security Profile" are purged.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.  Create Security Profile
    (N)Security - Profile
   
   
2.  Assign the created security profile at the Responsibility level to the profile option "FA: Security Profile"
     Responsibility : System Administrator 
     N)Profile - System  
    
3.  Run Concurrent Program "Purge Security Profiles".
   
   
4.  Check concurrent log and found the created security profile  in Unused Security Profiles list.
