Symptoms

In Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.3 version,

While trying to register a custom schema using adsplice failed with following error,

AD Splicer error:
Missing file format id in file:

/oracle/apps/apps_st/appl/admin/newprods.txt

This version of AD Splicer requires a file format id
on the first line of the file.

You should check the file
/oracle/apps/apps_st/appl/admin/<INSTANCE NAME>/log/adsplice.log
