EBS 12.2.8 upgrade Patch 26787767 failing on ldt files

           FAILED: file hxczzlookup00097.ldt on worker 1. (Inactive product)
           FAILED: file igicislu.ldt on worker 2. (Inactive product)
           FAILED: file funlkups.ldt on worker 3. (Inactive product)
           FAILED: file ibebilkpup.ldt on worker 4. (Shared product)
           FAILED: file gmolkup.ldt on worker 5. (Inactive product)
           FAILED: file csflkup.ldt on worker 6. (Inactive  product)
           FAILED: file icxlkup.ldt on worker 7. (Active product)
           FAILED: file csdlkup.ldt on worker 8. (Inactive product)
