Applies to:

Oracle Warehouse Management - Version 12.2.6 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On : 12.2.6 version, Materials Management

There is a Nested LPN - LPN A which has 3 inner LPNs - LPNB, LPNC and LPND There is a Sales order allocation against one of the Inner LPNs, say LPN B

Now when attempting to perform Manual Load of the Outer LPNA and users press Load FULL LPN button the following error occurs.

Unable to allocate space or materials|
LPN is not available.|ORA-01403: no data found in Package INV_MATERIAL_STATUS_GRP Procedure get_lot_serial_status_control
|ORA-01403: no data found ORA-01403: no data found in Package INV_MATERIAL_STATUS_GRP Procedure get_lot_serial_status_control

The same error happens even when using a Move any LPN option. Once this error happens, users see two Move Order Putaway Type tasks in the WMS Control board when users select source = Warehousing.

Users would like to know the Source of the transaction that caused this. These are preventing legitimate transactions from being picked

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. There is a pending Outbound SO Task for Item A
2. Material workbench shows there is a pallet LPNA with 3 Inner LPNs
3. Now users perform Manual Load of LPN A and press Load Full LPN button
4. The system shows an error.
5. Review the Tasks created via the WMS Control board.
