Amount Difference Between Claim And RMA Order (Doc ID 2479982.1)

Observe differences between claim amount and the RMA order amount  .This is because the  Claim has a product with  obseleted status (customer order enabled unchecked)
This claim line holds an item which is in obsolete status. This causes the credit memo amount to be less than the claim amount.
