ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to login with one specific user on Oracle EBS Application

We are facing an issue with one user that is unable to login to the Oracle EBS application.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The specific user of ANURAG can log in to EBS.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. We have checked that the user is not locked and also have reset the password with FNDCPASS but no fix.
2. We have checked that there is no end date for the user and all the responsibilities are correctly set.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login with this user.
