On Release 12.2.7 version, Requisition

When attempting to Add an Amendment Reason only allows 240 Characters, But the user wants to enter 4000 Characters.


ERROR:
User creates an Amendment and then Attempts to Add an Amendment Reason which allows 240 Characters. But the want to enter 4000 Characters.
Need to print 4000 char in Amendment Reason, however the Description is 240 chars. So in XSL, passing substring to populate 240 char.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
After Apply <Patch: 27690134> :R12.ICX.D - This Patch introduces Amendment Creation,MIPR Acknowledge in PRDS Inbound Webservice.

User creates an Amendment and then Attempts to Add an Amendment Reason which allows 240 Characters. But the want to enter 4000 Characters.
Amendment reason is 4000 Characters in po_requisition_headers_all .
Need to print 4000 char in Amendment Reason, however the Description is 240 chars. So in XSL, I'm passing sub-string to populate 240 char.
When Oracle create PR it populates 240 char in description and 240 in amendment reason.
It appears the code not updating Amendment Reason based on XSL Mapping.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create an Amendment Reason only allows 240 characters.
