ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In the Repair Orders form, while creating a new repair order using an IB Trackable item, the "Instance" field LOV in the "Details" tab has not values

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Instance LOV should display the available IB Instances

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In the Repair Orders form, initiate a new repair order creation
2. Select an IB Trackable item (BHT-1100-CE)
3. Under Details tab, the Instance LOV shows no values
