Symptoms
On : 12.1.3.31.10 version, Rules
Unable to create Rules in the Models that are imported from Source Instance. An exception is occurring.

Fatal error : ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: number precision too large ORA-06512: at "APPS.CZ_RULES_TP1", line 11 ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'APPS.CZ_RULES_TP1'
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Configurator Responsibility,
2. Oracle Configurator Developer,
3. Select an imported model,
4. Click on the Rules Tab,
5. Select the Create Rules Icon,
6. Next to Entity Type click Rules and select Logic Rules under the dropdown
7. Click Continue,
8. Exception occurs.
