Symptoms

Trade Management > Claims > Settlement,


The column CSTL_WF_ITEM_KEY in OZF_CLAIMS table is blank for Trade Management Claims.

When the cstl_wf_item_key is blank, no workflow has been generated.

Ensure that the claim is a promotional claim and that the profile option OZF: Derive accrual account during claim settlement is set to Yes.
