Receipts Cannot Be Created: The Deliver-to Location Specified On The Associated Order Line Is Invalid (Doc ID 2480759.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Desktop Rcv/Returns/Correction

When attempting to create receipts, if the inventory organization was entered in the location after the requisition was created,
the following error occurs.

When the requisitions are created, the ship to org is defaulted because at that time the location was not setup to have an inventory organization. PO is created and it gets the default ship to organization. When the inventory organization is updated on the locations and the PO is being received on the correct inventory organization getting the error.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create a requisition where the ship to org is defaulted because at that time the location was not setup to have an inventory organization.
2. PO is created and it gets the default ship to organization
3. Inventory organization is updated on the locations
4. PO is being received on the correct inventory organization
  But the error is displayed, and the receiving can not be done.
