Error: java.sql.SQLException: Result set after last row, When Uploading ReleaseInstruction XML (Doc ID 2480765.1)

Symptoms

A ReleaseInstruction XML is sent through the integration manager: Business Process Automation > Integration > Integration Manager > Upload an XML/CSV Transmission, and the following error is given:

 The SQL before the error is:

select SOURCE_LOCATION_GID , DEST_LOCATION_GID from OB_RELEASE_INSTRUCTION where OB_RELEASE_INSTR_GID =?

OTM is expecting source and destination information in the ReleaseInstruction XML.
