Master Items Form(INVIDITM) / Import Items (INCOIN) Does Not Default Flag Attributes (Doc ID 2480908.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Master Items (INVIDITM) and Item Import (INCOIN) does not default flag attributes.
The item flag attribute values becoming NULL instead of default values like 'N' when creating items.

Expected Behavior
Master Items (INVIDITM) and Item Import (INCOIN) should default flag attributes like 'N' or '0'.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create item in Master items Form with only item name, description, default UOM and default item status. 
    (N)Inventory > Items > Master Items
    Org  : V1
    Item : XXXX_INV_20180806a
     
    Confirmed these checkbox are all UNCHECKED.
