Symptoms

The accounting program of the PRC:  Create Accounting showing the below exception
Error Number: 95311
Error Message: The segment value for the account code combination specified in line is not assigned to the Ledger. Please update the segment value assignments for the ledger in Accounting Configuration page or use another segment value

Error Number: 95325
Error Message: The GL Date is not in an open or future enterable period. Please select a valid GL date or opent he period.

Error Number: 95353
Error Message: Subledger Accounting was unable to derive an accounting code combination using the account derivation rule Cost Adjustment Account Rules owned by Oracle. Please review the account derivation rule and make sure it derives a valid accounting flexfield combination for the source values passed by the transaction.
