Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to apply for an Absence through the Self-Service Human Resources mobile application for an employee which has an active benefits assignment, the following error occurs:

ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login to the Mobile Application

  2. Click Absence from the Springboard
     
  3.  Enter in relevant absence details

  4. Click Save
