Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, Oracle Alert
Issue occurs when adop prepare is running in environment which is cloned from production.
Running an Oracle seeded trigger named "ALR_FND_PROFILE_OPTIO_0_84_UAR" owned by Oracle Alerts.
The following error is generated:
