Rapid Order Release Involved Party Location Search Not Fetching Records Based On Default Criteria On Field Screen Set (Doc ID 2481446.1)

Rapid order release involved party location search is not fetching the records based on default criteria mention on the filed screen set.
The field screen set has been assigned on Role level.

Expectation is to meet default criteria on the fields used in Screen Set

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create new Field Screen Set  as following.
   Navigation: Configuration and Administration > User Configuration > Screen Set Manager > Search for "LOCATION"
   Copy Screen Set "LOCATION"  clicked finished and Edit to update default criteria ( Column  Location ID  equals to "EXAMPLE")  Save and Finished.

2. Assign the Screen Set to User Role  
   Navigation: Configuration and Administration > User Configuration > Manage User Access > Select User Access Type "Screen Set"
   User ID , Level, User Role ID to "ADMIN" then click Edit User Access , Assign  screen set to Primary Location

Now Navigate to Order Management > Order Release > Rapid Order Release > Click New and Click on Involved Party Location > hit Magnifying Glass for search
the Screen Set will be opened and hit search( The search results page supposed to bring ONLY "EXAMPLE" as per default condition but it shows many more )
