Symptoms

When attempting update the competencies using Employee Self Service or Manager Self Service the following error occurs.

ID _FlexCtxtGlobal for the flexfield segment Context Value does not exist in the value set $FLEX$.DF_CONTEXTS



STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Login to application
2.050 Manager Self Service(Payroll Approvals Required)
3.My Team Career Information > Compliance and Competency
4.Select people in hierarchy button
5.Select Action image
6.Select [edit] on the newly added competency
7.Amend from second stage to third stage and select Apply
8.Unexpected Error appears
