Symptoms

On 12.1.3 version, Workflow Directory Service (users and responsibilities)

When attempting to open the details of completed Hire function transaction in Transaction monitor page / function,
the following error occurs.

1. Login in SSHR application
2. Manager Self Service
3. Transaction Monitor
4. Try to open completed Hire function transaction
5. Error occur
