Goal

How to prevent users from accidentally pressing "Assign All" organizations (Alt-N) assigning an item to all inventory organizations?

Expect that can remove the Assign All option.

STEPS
1. Navigate to Inventory > Items > System Items
2. Query an existing item
3. Choose Organization Assignments
4. See a listing of organizations
5. The user sometimes presses Alt-N and all organizations are assigned.

BUSINESS IMPACT
Users accidentally type alt-N and assign the item to 100s of inventory organizations.
