Unable To GET Price Value from Price List Line of Product Attribute:All Items in Promotional Modifier (Doc ID 2481880.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement
While creating promotional modifier for item of Price list which was set the Product Attribute as "All Items",
we can't get the price value as following error.

Error
Error: FRM-41830:List of Values contains no entries.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. QP(N)Price Lists > Price List Setup
    Create the Price List with Product Attribute as "All Items"
    Price:0
  2. QP(N)Modifier > Modifier Setup
    Set the Promotional Modifier Type
  3. Press (B)Define Details
  4. At [Get] field,enter the Promotional Item Number which hasn't listed in the existing price list.
  5. In [Get Price] field ,we can't get the price value from "All Items" price list which setup in step.1.
