Symptoms
E-Business Suite 12.2 Workflow, Workflow Notification Worklist related issues
Users report they cannot edit fields on page, after clicking on Notification Worklist bell icon.
After users click on the Notification bell , they are not able to edit any fields on the page.
The page focus gets stuck on the Notification bell.
For example, if users navigate to Functional Administrator -> Grants and start typing in a field and then click notification bell, they are unable to go back to the field.
On reload of the page (pressing save / cancel/ refresh), fields are editable again.
There are no errors.
Note:
Clicking the Notification bell from the search screen does not return the cursor back to the page.
Users must click the lov (magnifying glass) on the page, and then the cursor appears again and users can enter fields successfully.
