On EAM - Enterprise Asset Management, 12.1.3 version, RBLD (Rebuildable)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
When creating rebuildable work orders in French instance, the item description is displayed in English.
The Master Item form in French instance shows item description in French as expected. The issue is only seen in the Rebuild Work Orders form where item description is displayed in English instead of French.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see item description in French in the Rebuild Work Orders form when logged into the French instance.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into French instance.
2. Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Managements.
3. Go to Rebuild Work Orders form.
4. Find item description displayed in English instead of French.
5. Item description is displayed in French in the Master Items form (Inventory).
