ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Apply and Cancel buttons are missing on update SR Page

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Apply and Cancel button should present in the update SR page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to (R) Customer support specialist -> Agent Dashboard
2. Under Search service Request region, enter the existing SR number and click on 'Go'
3. It will open the update SR page. Check if Apply and Cancel button is present or not.
