ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Taxes not defaulted on Internal requisition even if rules are defined for Daman & Diu State

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expects taxes to be defaulted.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create internal requisition
2. Navigate to Tools > India Tax Details
3. check tax category

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create internal requisition.
