Import Chart of Account Segment Values (GLCOASVI): Only Y or N Allowed For Third_Party_Control_Account For Import (Doc ID 2482589.1)

Symptoms

"Import Chart of Account Segment Values" is unable to process THIRD_PARTY_CONTROL_ACCOUNT of length more than 1. gl_imp_coa_seg_val_interface field THIRD_PARTY_CONTROL_ACCOUNT is accepting just 1 character. Also THIRD_PARTY_CONTROL_ACCOUNT is only accepting values Y or N and if R is provided, then getting error GL_COA_SVI_Y_OR_N

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Insert data into gl_imp_coa_seg_val_interface, gl_imp_coa_norm_hier_interface
2. Run program Import Chart of Account Segment Values
