ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Invoice is not visible from invoice review form.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Invoices should be visible in invoice review form.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Project responsibility.
2. Review invoice form.
