On : 12.1.3 version, Subledger Accounting
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Create accounting in draft mode running for many hours
OPM create accounting running in draft mode after running all programs in recommended sequence. First it took 15 hours but never completed. It was terminated. All programs run again and create accounting taking more than 4 hours and it is running
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect program to run in 2-3 hours

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run OPM create accounting in draft mode
