On : 12.1.3 version, Item Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Min Max is creating Requisition everyday for Item ignoring existing Requisitions.

For example : While performing Min Max Planning at Sub-inventory level where Min Qty is 15 and max Qty is 25 for an item, observe that Min Max is creating Requisition of 25 everyday for an item but is ignoring existing Requisition for that item.
