Symptoms

There is a difference between the project budget draft showing in the budget hours versus the baselined total and the total of the budget detail lines.

The draft budget shows a total of 15.655 hours and the current baselined budget shows 11.138 hours.

The budget detail lines total is 11.138 hours.

The budget has been submitted and baselined, but the budget doesn't change the draft total.
