Advanced Search and Saved Search View Not Returning Results

When creating a saved search view from the advanced search menu which is returning results, observed that the searched view does not return any results
Expect for the view search to return results
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintenance Super User
2. perform advanced search and save search
3. observe no records are returned by the saved view
