Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, India Payroll

Statement of Earnings showing zero values for Payroll Run

SOE of Payroll run from Assignment process results does not show values.
It works fine for Quickpay run .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

SOE of Payroll run from Assignment process results should  show the values.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to HRMS Manager
2. Submit Payroll Run concurrent Request 
3. Navigate to View > Payroll process Results
4. Select  Assignment
5. SOE
