Symptoms
When attempting to update objectives created from objective library and click on Apply and Update Next button, the following error occurs:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Employee Self Service responsibility
2. Navigate to Performance Plan > Manager Appraisal > Go to task
3. Update Appraisal > Go to Objectives created > Enter objectives details
4. Click Apply and Update Next button
5. Get error
