Sales Order Lines Stuck in Booked Status as Header Workflow Purged (Doc ID 2483472.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Control

When attempting to progress a sales order, a Drop Ship Line is stuck in Booked Status .
The status in workflow is in "Deferred" and activity in "Wait for Booking".

ERROR

1. The Delivery Details for the following Line(s) have not been interfaced, but Shipped, Fulfilled or Invoiced QTY updated : xxxxxxx
2. The status of the following Lines is Booked, but "Book" activity has not been completed :xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx
3. No WorkFlow Process is associated with the following Line(s) : xxxxxxx xxxxxxx

The issue cannot be reproduced as it is caused by data corruption.
