On : 12.1.3 version, Patch Application Issues

While applying Patch#28431872:R12.CS.B getting following error in worker log

ORA-06550: line 1710, column 5:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download the patch 28431872:R12.CS.B
2. Unzip the patch. And set the permission
3. Enable the Maintenance Mode in AD ADMIN utility
4.Run autopatch from the patch directory

verify the Patch log
