Symptoms


When creating a Lease with Commencement Date in the middle oif the month (ex: 20th Nov) - the days are negative for the first period and lease Present value is also negative. 



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform the lease amendment with commencement date of mid month
