OAF LOV Field Unresponsive When Using Citrix Server's IE Browser (Doc ID 2483708.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, SUPPORT

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
All the LOV fields are unresponsive upon click action.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All page's LOV field are working

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. System Administration -> Lookup Types
Click on the LOV field right after "Application Name"


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot open any LOV.

 Customers use Citrix Server's IE Browser to access EBS.
