iReceivables Self Regisration Error: The answer you provided is incorrect. Please try again (Doc ID 2483848.1)

When a customer is trying use the Self Registration Process in iReceivables, the Account Number is entered correctly but the form indicates it is incorrect and displays the following error:

The answer you provided is incorrect.  Please try again

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: iReceivables Account Management
: Register Here

  1. When the verification question is based on Account Number, try to register as an existing customer by entering the Account Number
  2. Enter the exact Account Number, and the form will indicate it is not correct.
