Symptoms

When placing an order in iStore,  the order review page is showing special(junk) characters in iStore Order Confirmation window


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the page to be rendered with readable text.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create cart, add items
2. Submit order
3. See junk characters on the order review page
