Error: "ORA-06502: PL/SQL: Numeric Or Value Error: Character String Buffer Too Small" on EIT approvals if more than 5 approvers/FYI notifiers

Symptoms
Problem Statement:
When attempting to approve EIT request, the following error occurs.
"ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small"
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to application with self service responsibility.
2. Submit the EIT /Absence Request for approvals.
3. After Final approver, getting above mentioned error
Note: There are two AME rules, one for approvals and another "For your Information". If they have more than 5 FYI notifier then the issue is happening. If they have 5 or less than 5 FYI notifier in the rule. Its works fine without any issues.
