After applying the Suggested <Patch:27431680>:R12.ICX.D" - PRDS Inbound UDA Support ER the following error occurs.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The Client has created a Customized Concurrent program to call "PRDS Rest API"
2. But the New Concurrent Program is Erroring after the application of the <Patch: 27431680> :R12.ICX.D"
3. The Client now receives the following error seen below.
