ORA-01403 When Saving Notes in 12.2.7 Advanced Collections (Doc ID 2484459.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to 12.2.7, the following error occurs when entering an note in Advanced Collections:


ORA-01403 no data found
FRM-40735 ON INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-00942


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Collections Agent
Navigation: Collections

  1. Query a customer and enter a note in the Notes tab.

Changes

 Upgrade to 12.2.7.  The issue only occurs in 12.2.7 at this time.
